Returns and Exchanges

If you have a problem with your purchases once you receive them, please let us know.

At the moment, we don't offer exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged, defective or we've messed up. If the goods have been damaged in transit, we'll re-send the order and try to claim compensation from Royal Mail - if that's happened, we'll liaise with you directly about what we need to do.
