OrangeSlice: if you looked at the source files, you’d see how Linus does it. It’s pretty easy – just have each eyebrow as a separate layer and you can move them around at will. For parties, you just need to power up your layers in a really hot cup of tea first to make sure they don’t run out of steam halfway.

My post was meant more for humour. Yes, it is plainly obvious that Linus was cut-n-pasted to face the other direction.

I still want to know how to make my eyebrows float around my forehead like that.

Normal shirts dont change direction when the wearer turns to the left versus the right. It seems obvious enough the entire linus image was mirrored rather than recreated. But the continuity error due to that is still amusing. Also note this is the first ELER where linus faces two different directions in the same strip.

One might deduce that the image is flipped in the lower two panels because Linus is facing the other direction.

Just a thought.

Also, Linus’s eyebrows are free-floating around his forehead again. I wonder how he does that, it would be an awesome skill to have at parties.
