it has recently come to the attention of secdef and executive principals that several dangerous fugitives are conspiring against elements of usg, including secdef mcnamara & associates within dod.
this group includes former private investigator for phalanx, jack williams; former us military commando george "spectre" walker; federally employed mit quantum research scientist dr. ira "professor inevitable" lewis; and unregistered fugitive known as "the wraith" wanted for violation of the registration act of 1964 and prime suspect in ongoing homicide investigation of former arch villain gary "Illuminator" mandelstam.
coinciding with their subversive activities has been the resurfacing of unregistered individual sampson vonnegut, not sighted since early 1960s and convicted in abstentia for violation of the registration act.
these suspects are armed and highly dangerous.
